CLIENT: Arno Ltd.

Arno Ltd. produces and distributes a range multi-purpose straps for the Irish and European market. These straps use the patented Arno buckle.

BRIEF: Standardise the Arno range of straps packaging through a redesign of both the packaging and the graphics. Create point of sale graphics for retailers for their presentation. Address any language/cultural considerations of the target market.

SOLUTION: A series of brightly coloured packs that work on an individual or group basis. We illustrated a set of instantly recognisable symbols for the presentation of specific straps - car, sail, bike and luggage. For these bulkier straps we retained the 'wrap around' mechanism of existing packaging. For slimmer, multipurpose straps we designed a 'die-cut mechanism' for the straps to be wrapped through. Another set of smaller straps is vacuum packed.

For retail display we created 'Arno' - a European 'strong-man' who embodies the attributes of the product.

The packagings' graphically strong, bold style also reflect these attributes.
