Tim is an experienced graphic designer and entrepreneur who has contributed to the growth of hundreds of businesses across Ireland through his ability to use design as a strategy for business success.
Tim studied Design Communications at Athlone IT and completed an Honours Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications at The National College of Art And Design in 1997.
Tim freelanced in the early days with a steady stream of commissions from clients such as The National Museum of Ireland, Motor Distributors, An Garda Siochana and The Trinity Institute.
Tim established Graphic Index in 1998 in Athlone where he spent 3 years developing the business. During this period Graphic Index achieved a number of awards for both design and enterprise including an Ericcson Business Excellence Award and a SHELL Livewire Award. In 2001 business opportunities led the company to Tullamore where it established it’s current home at Market Square. Expansion into digital design and a buoyant economy opened up new opportunities particularly in the construction and pharmaceutical sectors. Tim led the business through this time and added to the award list which included finalist in the National Enterprise Awards.
Tim has lectured at The National College of Art And Design and enjoys his annual participation in the Hullaballo Arts Festival where he passes on his knowledge to primary school pupils.
Artist and Illustrator

Maria is an experienced and talented designer with a keen eye for emerging trends and technology in both traditional and digital design practices.
Following her studies Maria worked for a time in the print industry where she developed her knowledge in lithographic and digital printing. She subsequently worked in advertising with Golden Pages for 5 years where she honed her ability to produce quality work to tight deadlines.
Maria joined Graphic Index in 2005 and has brought her wealth of industry experience to benefit our clients. Maria’s attention to detail and ability to liaise with both clients and suppliers ensures efficient and successful project management.

In recent times Maria has become more involved in digital strategies and currently liaises with our website development and online marketing partners. This close relationship with key suppliers enhances Graphic Index’s comprehensive design and consultation service. This in turn ensures brand consistency and effective visual communications for our clients.
Maria continues to develop her knowledge and skills through regular attendance at design seminars and training events as well as paying close attention to the latest design trends and techniques.
